Acces to Beckov castle:
The village of Beckov, along with the castle of the same name, is located in the Central Považie region of the Trenčín Self-governing Region (Trenčín Region), approximately 8 km northeast of Nové Mesto nad Váhom.
Transport by car and parking
The fastest way to reach the village is on the D1 Bratislava — Žilina highway, from which you will get off at Novi Mesto nad Váhom on the road no. 515 continuing eastwards to Rakolúb.
From there you can take the road no. 507 to Trenčín, which takes you 3 km directly to the village of Beckov.
The silhouette of the castle ruins will be visible from the highway and then throughout the journey to the village. Once you reach Beckov, take the road 507 to the right onto the paved Trinity Square, where you can useavailable parking areas.
Payment for parking
Vending machineis locatedon the way to the castle, next to the parish churchst. Stephen. Thus, the visitor has 4 payment methods to choose from. Via SMS, card payment via QR code and cash payment with coins or payment card through the parking machine.
Platené parkovanie platí v obci na vyznačených parkovacích miestach. Parkovacia zóna má 3 vstupy: od reštaurácie Kúria Beckov, od bývalej lekárne smerom na námestie k Bistro&Káva Marek Ort a pri katolíckom kostole. Mimo centra obce je platené parkovanie na ulici smerom od základnej školy a na priestranstve pri kvetinárstve KVETY MONET. Odstavné bezplatné parkoviská pre autobusy a karavany sú pri obecnom úrade a pri cintoríne. Platbu je možné uskutočniť prostredníctvom SMS, platobnou kartou pomocou načítania QR kódu, alebo použitím parkovacieho automatu (hotovosť, karta) pri katolíckom kostole na ceste k hradu.

Pedestrian access
Tourists can only reach the castle on foot, as motorized vehicles are prohibited. The pedestrian access begins at the eastern end of the square with the sculpture of the Holy Trinity.
A narrow left-hand road leading past the church of St. Stephen the King cuts into the slope between parts of the Jewish cemetery and takes you on a comfortable climb to the crossroads.
Turning left, you will reach the castle along a paved road.You can walk from the village square to the ticket office in approximately 5 minutes. An concrete road with barrier-free access leads to the castle.
